Welcome to Kastatoto. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kastatoto ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at kastatoto.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and digital services.

By accessing the Kastatoto platform, creating an account, making deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an account on the Kastatoto platform, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age. Kastatoto does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Casino-style gambling is strictly an adult activity.
2. Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or whose gaming activities are subject to court-imposed restrictions are not eligible to register.
3. Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or operator-imposed self-exclusion order, whether on Kastatoto specifically or via a recognised multi-operator self-exclusion programme.
5. Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful. Players are solely responsible for verifying their local legal obligations prior to registering or placing wagers.

All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your Account details in the event of any change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate Account termination.

Kastatoto reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the player relationship, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identification Card / Passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months
• Source of funds documentation for high-volume depositors
• Payment method verification (screenshots or statements confirming ownership of the payment channel used)

Kastatoto will not process withdrawal requests on Accounts that have not completed satisfactory KYC verification. The Company may impose temporary deposit or wagering limits on unverified Accounts pending the completion of this process.

Kastatoto supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method availability, applicable limits, and processing schedules:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — typically instant for deposits; withdrawals processed within the same business day.
• Bank Transfer / Online Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank via FPX and DuitNow — deposits typically within 5–10 minutes; withdrawals within 1–4 business hours.
• Cash-Based: 7-Eleven Cliq — deposits confirmed within 15–30 minutes after retail transaction. Cash-based channels are not available for withdrawals.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20 — deposits credited following one (1) blockchain confirmation on the TRON network, typically within 15–30 minutes. Withdrawals sent to verified USDT TRC20 wallet addresses only.

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the Account (the "same source" rule), and only to accounts registered in the same legal name as the Kastatoto Account. Kastatoto reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Kastatoto offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spin awards, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in.

The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible, verified players only. Players who have self-excluded or requested account closure are not eligible to participate in promotions.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated per promotion.
• A maximum of one (1) active welcome bonus may be claimed per new Account. Existing players may not open new Accounts to claim additional new player incentives.
• Kastatoto reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winings derived from them if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of system errors.
• The Company reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing bonus for which a Player has already opted in will be honoured under the terms stated at the time of opt-in.

All casino games available on the Kastatoto platform are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the game interface. RTP values, payline structures, and bonus mechanics are documented within each game's information panel. Players are advised to review game rules before wagering.

Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by the Kastatoto Sportsbook Rules, available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding sports settlement, the Company's decision — based on official result sources — shall be final.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. No cancellation of placed bets is permitted except where explicitly provided for in the Sportsbook Rules (e.g., early cash-out where offered).
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, all affected Wagers will be voided and stakes returned. Kastatoto does not honour winings generated as a result of system errors.
• Maximum Wager limits apply per game, per round, and per day. Players who attempt to circumvent these limits through account splitting or collusion will have their Accounts suspended.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as observed by the streaming camera. In the event of a stream interruption, the outcome of the round in question will be void and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kastatoto platform. Breach of any of these provisions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referal to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your Account credentials.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy service, or any other method intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place Wagers or interact with Platform systems.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in Platform software for financial gain. Any winings derived from known software errors must be reported to support and will be subject to review and potential reversal.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational wagering.
• Coluding with other players in live dealer or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Kastatoto support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Providing fraudulent, forged, or misleading documentation during KYC or any other verification process.

All content on the Kastatoto platform — including but not limited to the Kastatoto brand name, logo, visual design, text, game interfaces, software, graphics, and user experience architecture — is the proprietary intellectual property of Kastatoto or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not convey any ownership rights over Platform content. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written consent from Kastatoto.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kastatoto's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Kastatoto shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet service providers, payment processors, or hosting providers.
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of the Player's own decisions to wager. All gambling involves risk and all Wagers placed on the Platform are at Player's sole discretion and financial risk.
• Losses caused by the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Kastatoto's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Kastatoto is unconditionally committed to responsible gambling as a core operational principle. The following player protection tools are available to all registered players directly from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure in-session alerts to remind them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary account restriction of 24 hours,7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, login, deposits, and wagering are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for permanent or long-term self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) via written request to the Kastatoto support team. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Kastatoto uses internal monitoring systems to identify potential problem gambling behaviour patterns. Where such patterns are identified, the Company reserves the right to proactively apply account restrictions, reach out to the Player, or restrict further access pending welfare review.

Kastatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any other policy incorporated by reference.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Receipt of a chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment instructions associated with the Account.
• Account inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee ofRM 10per month, deducted from the Account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the comencement of dormancy fees.

Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

Kastatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change.

Continued use of the Platform following the notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change. Your right to close your Account and receive a refund of any real-money balance is not affected by the existence of updated Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at kastatoto.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction which Kastatoto is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Platform, or any services provided by Kastatoto shall first be submitted to Kastatoto's internal disputes resolution process.

Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should submit a written complaint to the Kastatoto support team. The Company commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business days and issuing a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, players may seek resolution through any applicable regulatory or arbitration body.
